Getting from Helsinki airport to Turku

Post by Drifting-Cloud » Fri Aug 22, 2014 3:08 pm

Hey guys, I've got a bit of a pickle and was wondering if anyone here could help me. I'm moving to Finland in a week and a half but my partner has a lecture on the day I'm moving so I have to get from Helsinki airport to Turku by myself on the train. Is there a train station at the airport or will I have to go from the Helsinki central station? If so, which bus do I get from the airport?

There's no train station at the airport. You can take the Finnair City Bus, goes straight to the Helsinki train station, costs about 6 euros.

You could also consider a bus from the airport directly to Turku. You can use this to search for schedules:

It turns out my soon-to-be brother in law is giving me a lift from the airport. But thanks for the advice, I'm sure I'll be needing it at some point in the future.
