Residence Permit hence I have a child?

Post by LeyLey » Tue Sep 02, 2014 7:47 pm

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing just fine, would be pleased to know what are the results could be as when it comes to apply for a resident permit on the ground that I've got a child here but we are having custody battle and my permit is on the process, although I've started seeing my daughter in supervised meetings at special homes, was worrying whether the answer might turn out to be negative because we are not having good understandings towards each other.

What are your thoughts?

SO what is your current status? You'd need to support yourself anyway, so is there point to get the kid "involved"?

I realise you have no answers nor having a knowledge on what you're putting on this thread, plus your questions are irrelevant

Your nationality, nationality of the child, more detailed explanation of your relationship with the child ( other than genetic) and your current permit, if any, are the among the most relevant facts of the case.
- but as you wish...

You know, if you ask for help, you probably won't get it if you behave like a jerk.

By answering to a question which was asked as an answer to the original question.

Easily. Your only question was "what are your thoughts?" I start to understand why the need for supervised meetings.

So, if the kid is not Finnish, you are not Finnish, the other parent is not Finnish(?) and you aren't living as a family unit, I don't think thats any grounds for a residence permit.

Oh, you get so hung up on details...
As he persisted, I was obliged to tootle him gently at first and then, seeing no improvement, to trumpet him vigorously with my horn.
