what is a reasonable salary for DWH experience?

Hi,

My friend has been offered a position for Data Warehousing in Finland. He has 8-9 years of experience in lead roles. What can be considered a reasonable/ideal salary for this position given the job market of Finland?

I am not familiar with the field to say. However, this seems to be the applicable union and I know they keep statistics on what people make:

While I don't have specific info on that, I thought about mentioning this:

Check Google and Microsoft career pages. Both are offering positions now in that field in Helsinki and Hamina.
