Hi,
My nationality is due in january 2015. My visa is ending in december 2014. Can i apply few months before january like october 2014 so that to get citizenship faster. Any one having idea about it please?

You won't get citizenship any faster. If you aren't entitled to it before January, you can't apply for it before then.

Yes. The eligibility is decided on the date of processing the application and it's possible to submit the application to the queue whenever one chooses. Regardless of when you apply for citizenship, you need to apply for a new residence permit. Your residence permit needs to be valid until the citizenship application is processed.
