Pregnancy without insurance

Hi,i have situation like this...
I am not EU or EEU country citizen.I have residence permit B.My wife is pregnant she is also not EU citizen.Because of this we dont have Kela card or other insurances.
I just want to know how much it will cost pre-birth visits to doctor(i mean everything that is needed before birth)?And plus if we decide to birth in Finland.
