workout classes in English-helsinki

Hi, I'm look for pretty much any kind of work out classes or groups in Helsinki area that are in English. I'm just looking to meet new people and stay fit at the same time

Hi Mack,

Come and join our Karate Dojo, it's totally in English.

I had the same problem when I came here.. was looking for group activities in English. I joined Tai Chi (was in both Finnish and English), Wu Shu (was in English and Chinese) and at the end I joined this Karate Dojo.

lots of fun and very friendly group.
