Hi, I'd just like some more information on employment opportunities in Kuopio. I've just recently moved here from Cyprus, however I do have dual nationality; British/Cypriot. Which indeed means that I speak both languages fluently, although English is actually my mother tongue. I currently know the basics of Finnish, however my knowledge of the language is improving day by day as I've started a Finnish language course. I must admit that I wasn't expecting it so be so difficult and challenging. At first I came here on holiday but I fell in love with the country and decided that I would like to stay. My name is Georgina and I'm 20 years old. My BA in Business Studies starts in February 2015, I'll be doing the degree online so a full time job will not be a problem. Due to a very bad parental divorce, I had to get a full time job at 16 and continue with my A levels independently through the British Council. I've had 4 years experience so far as a waitress/hostess. Although I got a much better job offers in Cyprus, I always seemed to decline. To be honest, I very much enjoy communicating and interacting with customers and providing them with good service and knowledge of the products. It was satisfying to know that they always left happy. I love a challenge and love tackling any situation, even if I did not succeed in a situation, you always learn from it. I enjoy team work and meeting set sales targets. Overall I love to work and well so far I haven't been doing much and I just want to work. I applied only last week at the Unemployment office. If anyone does have any more information on employment opportunities or even training programs, I would highly appreciate the information.

You could try this one. Your best bet would be to go right in to talk with the guy. If he thinks you can do the job in spite of your limited abilities with the Finnish language, you could start work almost immediately.
