Evidence of personal funding for upkeep

I am a Nigerian, I want to come to Finland to study a masters degree in global IT management at the university ot Turku. I understand that one needs about €560 for upkeep monthly. Do I need to show evidence of having the money meant for the upkeep for a whole year?? Thanks, no input or information is too small

560 _minimum_. Of course you have to show the money for a whole year. How would you live without money?

€6,720 in total for one year. All of it needs to be shown upfront.

For most people showing upfront is the only option. It is however also possible to prove a steady stream of income. For example, if one has a rental property in the country of origin.
