People should decipher these less common foreign abbreviations.

(I guess you're more likely to mean Better Business Bureau than Burgus Burger Bar or Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar)

If you mean Better Business Bureau, then the closest thing I can think about is KKV (http://kkv.fi/)

Yep, I meant BBB as in Better Business Bureau. At least that's the first thing that comes up in Google results
