Finnish Police

Anyone had a go with the police here? I do not mean getting a speeding ticket. I mean something serious involving police's ability to do investigative work. And I did not mean their ability to munch on jelly donahts..

What do you want from me?????

Depends on the seriousness of the crime. The perp is going to be out though. Then in a year or two in court. And then out again. Unless its really serious like http://www.iltalehti.fi/uutiset/2014092 ... 1_uu.shtml

Nothing specific . It just seems that if one makes a complicated complaint to them (meaning it consists of more than one allegation, or just is over one page) they really only read the first paragraph and then quickly make their decision without even checking facts.
I want to hear opinions of people who have dealt with police. Is my presumption correct? Or they just can not go further than "Dear sir".........

And in the USSR - and seemingly in Russia now, too - there's a third to watch those two intellectuals!

The problem there is more serious - you never know who is a criminal and who is a policeman. Uniform does not help....

Actually it does - it raises strong suspicions!
