Hello
I would like to know if anyone has any information about regarding starting a business in other Schengen country in a case, where spouse (non-eu) has residence permit in Finland( Temporary) and spouse would like to go another,Finland´s neighbour country start a business,so is it possible without spouse will lose Finnish residence permit? Spouses are married in Finland but Finnish spouse has permanent job here and therefore can not leave from Finland and jump "uncertain" business hunting trip together with spouse another Schengen country,until/if spouse can find something to work with.
Is there any chances spouse can go alone finding business solutions
and if find, can start a business other Schengen country than Finland?
Does spouse have to in that case submitting a new residence permit from that other country or just work permission where is seeking job/ Entrepreneurship?
Thank you all for advance your answers.

The answer is you need to submit a new res-permit in other countries if you are going to be employed there.santo wrote:Hello

If you are starting a business in another EU country you will most probably be hit with the same rules as other non EU on res-permits are when they do business here.
-Shareholder of new business doesnt give you rights to work in new country.
There are 2 types of employment res-permits generally in the EU
- Employment & self employment.
Actually you have stumbled on a complex matter that most Non EU go through when they discover that "Finland didnt offer them a chance to produce"
