The thing is, I share a HOAS studio with a roommate which is not registered under my name. That means I will get in further trouble if I am to report to the police (me and my room mate get evicted, not able to rent etc...). What should I do, guys?

Which destination address you have provided to the seller? If this flat - then there is a big chance that Posti has declined to deliver it, and it is in a 'waiting' state at the Posti now, and will be sent back after 3 weeks.

and they know their police won't have the energy to investigate. I got the feelings (excuse me if I am wrong) that the police somehow deliberately turn a blind eye to this kind of crime because the criminals (junkies) make some money so they don't cause other social problems.
