many finns are aware of their reputation of honest and law abiding people and use it and abuse it,like a AAA rating of standard and poors, to screw the foreigners that have blind faith in them.

Which destination address you have provided to the seller? If this flat - then there is a big chance that Posti has declined to deliver it, and it is in a 'waiting' state at the Posti now, and will be sent back after 3 weeks.

and they know their police won't have the energy to investigate. I got the feelings (excuse me if I am wrong) that the police somehow deliberately turn a blind eye to this kind of crime because the criminals (junkies) make some money so they don't cause other social problems.
