Hello All!

I was registered for toiminimi ravintola four years ago. I stopped doing business after one year established it. There is tilitoimisto tilinotaarit where they helped me doing all tax papers. But i am now living another city and i haven't contacted this office about 4 years. I am applying for Finnish citizenship and i need to submit those papers

You say tilitoimisto helped you, why can you not get it from them? If they are a legitimate office they should have your info still. They might want to get paid for it ofcourse. Also you should have received papers from them three years ago because these are basic papers, profit/loss and balance sheet.

Those papers my friend who did it with tilitoimisto. Nowadays i don't have good relation with my friend. I don't want to contact him that why i would like to ask how and where i can contact to asking those papers. What do you think if i contact this place to asking about it? But i will find and contact the tilitoimisto office which did all my papers before.

There is no easy way out because by law as a sole trader it is your responsibility to archive "tilinpäätös" for ten years. Most likely your business did not require registering them with the government so they will not be available from, for example, trade register.
