What are the chances of getting accepted into UAS's?

Post by Raknor » Fri Nov 14, 2014 5:21 pm

Since i'll receive my final diploma on June some Universities of applied sciences such as Oulu UAS asked me for a temporary certificate to be sent by February, but the whole thing got me wondering, if everything went right and I did the entrance exam and PASSED it, what are the chances of me getting accepted?

Well if you pass the exam you're in (its rather a points number than a pass/fail, so the 10-30 top points get a letter depending how many places they have), as you sre on a provisional diploma they do want to see the "real thing" at some point, but thats more of a formality...

like said in the above post, merely passing the exam is not enough... study places are awarded to the students based on their scores in a descending order e.g.
1 - 99
2 -91
3 - 85
4 -
. -
.
You got the idea?

that all contingent upon you finishing your current studies before their school begins. So, first a provisional certificate, and at a later date a real one. I guess you are thinking of applying for 2015-2016, no?
