Is there any quota system for females in Finnish police? Or do all candidates go through a gender neutral selection process?

No quotas. And no gender neutral selection process either. Females have lower physical requirements which seem to still be tad too high. About 30% of applicants are women, but only 22% of accepted.

So you think if the physical barrier is lowered it would become 30/70?

Are there any statistics about how many pass aptitude tests and how many fail in physical testing?
