Oh, fluent language does not count that much in Germany. I know doctors with a heavy accent (coming from Turkey), but that does not mean they aren't qualified.
Fluent language skills are meant to be level C1, right? Don't you think it's possible to earn that in 9 years? It sounds like you think I'd come there and have the basic skills for a keskustelu.

I don't know anything about Swedish and there is a reason why I like Finland and Finish that much - I love the language...
