Advice on the best place to recruit in Finland

Hi everyone. I'm working for a company that is looking to expand into Helsinki and Tampere and was wondering if anyone had any advice on the best places to advertise locally. We are looking for English speaking business managers so any advice would be greatly appreciated. We've advertised on Linkedin and Monster.com but haven't had much luck attracting the right applicants.

Everyone unemployed has to register to get benefits so putting an advertisement to the government database can do no harm:

Be aware with te-palvelut that you will random people applying because the unemployment office people ordered them to.
