Is there somebody with education as Pharmaceutical Technician?? And with work in this area??? I need some information.

I have non EU degree , High medicine school, Pharmaceutical technician. I want to know in Finland wich school and level you have to have for this ?? and what you can do with fiished education??? which are responsibilites???? I have experience 8 years out EU in this work, but think it is not the same responsibilites everywhere.
