I am on a temporary residence permit till February and I am planning to buy a used motorcycle from a dealer (aarbike.fi).As per the Geneva Convention for traffic regulations my license is valid for 1 year in Finland.I am a non-eu citizen and i have below queries regarding the purchase.
1) Where to go for the ownership change.What all documents are required for changing the owner name ?
2) Best place to buy the insurance ?
Apart from the Insurance and Registration,do we need to take care of anything else ?
