Does anybody here know the process and the possibility of changing a child's sir name from father's to mother's sir name. Current sir name is Finnish, mother is foreigner.

Probably needs approval from both parents (and the child itself if 12 or older)

You ask admins to remove the post. But it is bad habit to delete or modify posts. That is why I tend to quote the posts I reply to.
