Requirements for subcontractors in Finland

Hi all!

My company, based in Poland, provides welding and plating services for the shipyard industry. We are about to act as subcontractor in Finland. However, a few requirements need to be met, i.e.; registration in the Preliminary Tax Register, the register of employers and the value added tax register. Please, let me know what are the standard procedures for dealing with the above?
