finding labour office in Finland

Post by Sathiya Milton » Mon Jan 19, 2015 6:34 pm

Hi all,
My husband is working in finland in a company there, residing with employment visa. Now i wanna move there in dependent visa. But one of the document to be submitted for my visa is, "copy of approval from labour office in Finland of the spouse staying in Finland". We couldn't exactly identify how to get this. Somebody please tell us, how to get this? Where is the labour office in espoo?

TE Office - www.mol.fi

You can find the nearest office through their web page - also possible to get it electronically.
I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse. I'm gonna grant him all my old underwears that fit his head helping his nose stays in place

Thank u caster. But when we approached labour office in Finland, they tell, there is no such kind of document they provide. Also seems they never had such inquiry. Don't know what to do, and how to get that.

Can you be bit specific what document is required - by which consulate - or where are you applying - exact name of document

Its the paper you get when the employer fills out when you apply for a work permit, and then there comes a paper back from the TE-keskus or ELY or whatever it is that states if its OK or not. That paper.

Työlupalausunto

Tällä lomakkeella haetaan työvoimatoimiston lupalausuntoa ulkomaisen työvoiman käyttämiseksi Suomessa. Lausuntopyyntö toimitetaan työvoimatoimistolle. Työvoimatoimiston antama lausunto liitetään oleskelulupahakemukseen, kun oleskelulupaa haetaan työnteon perusteella.

Hi caster,
I am from India. My husband is working in espoo, finland. So i am applying for dependent visa via Finland embassy in India. For that, one of the documents is what i mentioned. "COPY APPROVAL FROM LABOUR OFFICE IN FINLAND OF THE SPOUSE STAYING IN FINLAND ". This is where we are struck.

He should have the paper somewhere clinging with his contract - if not he can always ask for a copy from his personnel department or from TE Office.
