Waitrose is the shop you're looking for. They do an organic rye limppu which is excellent.

Found this old thread - also finally found some 'vaalea' Sourdough bread --
From a bakery called Coquus - the bread is called 'Maalaisleipä' and in a 'boule' shape.
It's not as robust as French and Californian sours - but definitely has the 'tang.'
