I have no problem with pasteurized milk but it really annoys me that even most of the organic milk is homogenized. The jury is still out on the damage that homogenized milk is doing to our arteries. I don't buy it. And I am reluctant to support a dairy industry that is verging on the barbaric. Anyway, oat milk tastes better IMO!

No, if it is put into the dough, it must be listed.

Um, possibly not. I can't speak for current legislation, but I promise that I used to specify all sorts of ingredients for factory-recipes which were classed as "processing aids" and thus didn't need to be included in the ingredient decs on the final packaging.

I doubt any single food is indispensable regarding requisite nutrients - but milk is pretty much indispensable so far as the culinary arts are concerned.

Yes and no. For years I cooked without any milk at all because one of my children had a severe milk protein allergy. Apart from dishes that rely heavily on cheese, it's not difficult to find decent substitutes (and BTW I also avoid margarine because to me it just tastes disgusting). I tend to cook in olive oil or rapeseed oil rather than butter and I've pretty much given up baking and eating cakes. But I must admit I find it challenging to eat fresh radishes and asparagus without a slab of salted butter though

I'm curious what specific cases you have in mind.

Well theres no specific case, but i think when a company turns over money they really dont statistically have all that.Why dont i just say 60% in statistical costs INCLUDING un counted side costs.
What im saying with out any proof is that theres a hidden cost to generate money here that is not statistically present.

Same with the worker,. All the costs for the worker to generate turnover for the company is 40%. Some costs are for later ,some costs the company or the worker never see again.
What im saying without any proof is that again 40% may as well be not counted because its gone.

Its more side loaded than i have encountered before.
So i thinks its going to be hard to make this place price friendly at all, ever!

Many consider it a good thing that various costs are segregated and itemized. By doing so, it certainly adds to transparency and accountability.

Statistical Side loading is like showcasing 350,000 unemployed , but the job seeker market is really 500K+ when you add all the students and mothers who have free time during school hrs + the traveler EU.
