In February 2015, the processing of following applications will be started

Passport holders:
passport holders with accurate applications: applications submitted in September 2014*
other passport holders: applications submitted in August 2014

The processing of accurate applications submitted by passport holders will start later than usual because in February, we will focus on clearing the backlog of e-applications*

How come you have not got any decision yet?

I have called Migri today, they said the are now checking online application submitted in august!

Honestly, what the f*ck is happening with you people? It says is very clearly on the website: http://www.migri.fi/services/customer_b ... ions_16597

It clearly states when certain applications are processed. This information is public and updated regularly. Quit whining and just wait. The average processing time for citizenship applications in 2014 was 7 months, so just wait!

My problem is ignorant imbeciles who can't phantom the simple concept of running a very simple Google query to find a piece of information already published on a website created for the sole purpose of dealing with matters like the one in question.

Migri website tells you when it started processing your application and it tells you the average processing time. What more needs to be asked?

Help the OP - find him the straight answer from migri website - if you says - its there.

As i have said before, these "did you got your" and "when its done" threads are waste of time.
Its not first in first out procedure, even if someone who applied after you got citizenship his doesnt mean you will get yours soon.
To put it bluntly i tell you an fictious example.
Ingrid from Haaparanta notices that finnish citizenship could benefit her, she has been married a finn for 20 years and lives Tornio. VS Achmed Al-Alalabeen came in Finland 10 years ago and has no record whatsoever before that including that he has no passport.

In addition to what onkko said, it can simply be that your case officer is on a short vacation. Sometimes a doubt regarding some of your papers, or just that the case officer suspects something in your story.
Other people's experiences cannot be applied to you in these matters.

Here's an example from my experience: I made a full application with 100% of the needed documents for a work-based RP. I had a permenant contract, high salary, clean record in every little thing.
It took almost 9 months (35 weeks) until I got my RP. Other people with less favourable conditions had received theirs in 3-4 months.
Moral of the story? !"#¤% happens. Accept it. Be patient and wait.
