Can I move to a different school?

I'm a student of Centria-ammattikorkeakoulu in Kokkola,Finland.

This is the first year I'm study in FInland.

Now, I'd like to move to Helsinki to continue my study.

Because my girlfriend will come to Helsinki and study in Aalto in Sep,2015.

Can I change my school from Centria to Aalto?

If it is possible, what should I do for this?

I don't think there's any process for moving. This leaves you with applying as a new student:

However, for the fall I doubt any programs are open at this point of the year.

Inter UAS exchange is possible but not Aalto University - its not UAS.
Check with UAS in capital region - the ones that are running same program you are enrolled at.

PS. Don't stop doing studies in your current school while considering options - otherwise you may well have problems when trying to renew student permit.
