I have ignored of course and i never pretended that i speack finish but onko or whoever you are you need to know that the results are after 10 months on school.Did you had this in 10 months?(if you are a foreign of course ) Don't think so so to be polite with you I will say get lost. Who knows who you are ?

He's not a foreigner (well, to me, he is). He's just one of 3 crazy Finns who frequent this forum. The other Finns here are perfectly normal.. except for those three. 98% you just ignore him.

Immigration office releases customer bulletin regarding Citizenship application every month. This month i think they have forgotten . will anybody want to share information who has applied in November 2014 and their application has already been processed.

Just wait, eventually the page will be updated. I am also in the same boat. But 'the processing' has not been started yet. I think I just to have patient. Thats all

Hello All,

I have applied in 15th October 2015 and my application is under processing from 4th of March 2015 with no change after that.
I am just wondering if any one else who have applied before Novemeber and haven't received a decision yet, OR have gotten the decision after prolonged processing ?

PS: I have permanent residence "P" with a permanent job and I have never been unemployed in Finland also never been fined and do not hold any criminal records. So just thinking why the processing took this long :S and if any one else have encountered the same situation.

I know someone who also applied on the 13th October and its still initiated. Meanwhile, there is still guy who applied in December and application is now being processed. Perhaps, ur application needs further registery checks or the case officer is on holiday. Hope u get a decision very soon

Can you tell what is the nationality of the guy you know ?

You are bit ahead of me. My status is just "initiated" on 11th Nov. Nothing happened since then. It would be nice if you could keep posting your updates. I called today in migri office. The official person was too much finnish and was quite fast. Hard to understand anything . I think I need to revise my finnish.... The person gave only what was written in the website. Nothing helpful at all.

October is the month right before November. So processing probably has started or will start very soon. If it doesn't start, then your application is missing something.. in that case, the Police will contact you. So there's really no point in whining about it.

Yet again ! As you said, " October comes before November " so you should already understand what is being discussed.
The actual discussion here is about gathering information about people who have applied and waiting for decision, such as my self. So to know when they can expect the decision and plan the upcoming months travels etc accordingly.

On the website it says, " In this month the processing of the application submitted in that month will start". But it doesn't say how much time it take's to process the application.

By the help of some very nice people who take time to update their status and application steps here one can figure out the time of processing. Statistically with the help of this forum I figured the average time is about 2 weeks from processing to decision. So relatively speaking for my application it took more time.
So, The main question was if any one else is in the same situation ?

I do not know why and where you saw whining in that ?

and that's exactly where you (as most of the people on this thread are) get it wrong.

Look at the post and threads on this forum. Go ahead, look, I'll wait. There are people who revived RP decision in two weeks. Other have waited 6 months for the same exact application. Some received citizenship in 4 months, while others are still waiting for one year. Each case is different.
Planning your life according to other people's timeline is pointless.
