Fellow "foreigners" Who Are Designers. Please Stand Up!
Hi. I was just wondering how many of you guys are professional designers and developers (Print, Graphic, Web, UX, UI). How many of us are on this forum.....?

I don't understand your point. The criteria required for being what's generally accepted as a "professional" has little or nothing to do with whether or not a person is employed (or "making money").cors187 wrote:Professionals make money

I guess I can call myself a digital designer since I have both a full-time job and freelance company on my own
I love design and love making friends with those who are in this industry.
However it seems like there are not a lot of designer fellows in this forum. I know at least some but they are not active here. Just a few weeks ago we created a Facebook page for foreign designers in Finland but have not been so successful attracting new members

I'm not living over there yet but I am a freelance Graphic Designer and Photographer.
Here is my portfolio: http://www.laurenpage.net
Unfortunately it's not entirely up to date as some of my clients did not want the work being displayed. So many issues with people stealing designs and stuff they didn't want to risk some new business stealing their logo or what not... or they didn't want the graduation or family photo's displayed publicly.. as is their right... but I am finishing up some projects and am going to be adding lots more to it in the very near future.
