Can I get a scratch buffed out from my glasses/frames bent?

I have one pair of glasses from the States that the lens is scratched, and another pair from the States where the frame is all messed up. Can I take these into Specsavers or something and have them repair them? If so, how much would that cost me?

Specsavers... most likely not. I've seen some work done to glasses in a shop that wasn't in any chain. But that was during the previous owners. With prices what they are, you could get new ones from Specsavers?

Quick googling suggest that the lenses are done. Frames could be fixed, at least Instrumentarium seems to offer that kind of service: http://www.instru.fi/hyva-tietaa/silmalasit#s-40

I had new lenses fitted by posting my frames to a place in the UK https://www.glassesdirect.co.uk/reglaze/
total cost was about 1/3 what opticians in finland wanted for new lenses (and that includes specsavers).
The opticians anyway send your glasses off to be reglazed so why not post them yourself.
glasses direct lenses with anti scratch coating and anti reflection would be about 50euro (two lenses).
