EIS Primary school Entrance test cut off

Hello!
Anyone have an idea what marks they fix as cut off to enter English primary school in Espoo? I think it will vary every year. But for an idea...
I applied for my elder daughter in Helsinki (Ressu) but am a resident of Espoo and I got reject letter today stating the residence being not Helsinki. They stated the marks in that. She obtained 53/60 (she took the test in espoo and Ressu got the marks from espoo). Helsinki's cut of was 51. Will it be more in Espoo and what is the probability for my daughter to get admission?
Do anyone have an idea about this?
