Hi,
Recently, I found this forum. I hope that someone can give me a clear answer to my question. Honestly, I am really confused and I received lots of different answers from the police and my friends.
I have done my thesis and I will graduate in the next two month. End of March, I received a new full-time contract for one year and my manager told me that it is Ok if you work full-time and apply for changing your RP. Since I do not have that much credit and I will graduate soon, it is not a problem. Then, I reserved the time from the police for changing my RP but the nearest time that I could get was in May.
Recently, I understood that the students cannot work on maximum more than 25 hours/week on average. I went to the police and I asked my question, she told me that it is Ok and you can continue your job since we consider the average hours for the whole year not exactly hours per week. She told me you need to change your permit but since you didn't work before March and from May, we consider it as summer period, then it is Ok for you.
Actually, I am a little confused. I am not sure if the police officer completely understood my question and afraid if it makes problem for me. I don't know if my full-time work for this short period makes problem for me or not. I appreciate If anyone can clarify the problem and explain more about my situation. Is it a problem? if it is then what can I do?

The police is required to process your applications at the police station with queue numbers. It doesn't have to be fast but can be worth the time when the next available time to long in the future.fin2015 wrote:Hi,

Short term full time work is fine as the officer said.

The problem is that I red in many places in this forum that if the student has full-time contract, it is a problem and we may be rejected or or even deported because of the full-time contract. Any idea?
One more question. My student permit will expire in summer and I may not receive my RP based on employment during that time. Am I allowed to work full-time during this period in summer (until I receive my employment RP)?
