Resident Permit extension

Hi everyone,

I have been married for over 2years now and I got my first resident permit (1year) based on my marriage valid from June 2014- June 2015.
This marriage has yielded a child, A week ago my wife filed in for divorce and I have an appointment with the police within 2 weeks time to submit application for my four years resident permit,
Any idea concerning what I have to do and which form and documents I need to fill and submit to the Police since the divorce is still pending?
