insult and assault

whats up guys ,, what you guys think how much fine or no fine a tall

i got a letter from the court , i called the them , thy say you charged with an insult and assault..

what happens was, i was kind a drunk , i went to supermarket to buy beer , the cashier lady told me that she can.t sell me beer , she said you too dunk . i said. @#$% you lady and then i spit on her, then other guy that work at the supermarket , come to me , i told him @#$% you too , say away , or i will kill you .
they call security, the security hold me down until the police arrive and toke me ,,
so,,, any idea what will happened in the court , what i will get for that !"#¤%

I don't know what is gonna happen, but I certainly hope you get a big fine and/or jail time.

First timer wouldn't sit a night in jail anyway and 75% of assaults get fines: http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pahoinpitely

What a shame! He assaulted the cashier and he threatened to kill her. Given it's a combination of assault and a verbal threat, this can easily be an "aggravated threat to kill". To be honest, I don't know about the Finnish law when it comes to intoxication as a mitigating factor.
The way OP is writing, he doesn't strike me as a first timer, though.

At the very least you are possibly looking at a criminal record, so if you are not a citizen but were planning one day, it might go against your application. You seem to be rather violent (threatening to kill people and all) so I can't say I would be sorry.

also the guy that work at the store told me , go to other store , not far from here.they got the same price as here . he was nice also,

Last time I checked, you don't own this website, so I'm gonna say whatever I want (within reason), and there's nothing you can do about it.

As for the rest of your comment, I won't sink to your level. In addition to being raised not spit at people, I was also raised not retaliate insults.

That was the best possible advice, seems that you did not follow it. As told, you will get a fine, but possibly it will be a negative factor if you apply citizenship

I don't know why... I find it funny... perhaps it's in the way you have narrated the event.... like in a ' no f¤%k given' manner
