Baby Sitter Needed - Helsinki

I'm a father to a six year old girl. I am looking for a baby sitter. My daughter speaks, Finnish, Russian, Urdu and English. So some body speaking any of these languages will be fine. Apartment is in Helsinki. Some days i might need help for picking up from day care, which is very close to my apartment. at some point i might need some body who is willing to stay over night, as my job require traveling time to time. But we can discuss arrangements and costs. I would prefer a female baby sitter.
