You pay an insurance company in the Nordea group money, and Nordea will loan you money with less downpayment. The insurance does very little else for you, since if you default on the loan the insurance company will collect.september wrote:hello does anybody knows about an own guarantee at nordea bank for buying a house in finland how does it work , thanks

I think it would be highly unlikely that insurance provide a guarantee for 100k. Usually bank asks for 20% of the house price as downpayment. Insurance comes into play if you have say 10% or 15% of the sum and need another 5-10%.september wrote:do i have to pay the insurance company monthly ? does anybody know how much is it for 100000 e
