I have.
Smooth experience and fast shipping. A bit overpriced for the quality of the items, though.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

They have good offers if you are willing to wait for their sales and can couple it with some of their bonuses (-10 or 15 eur). Had to change an item and the return went flawlessly.
If you are the impulse type make sure their emails end up in an inbox that you don't visit very frequently.
