I want to order a jacket from UK but I don't know if I need to pay any import fees when my shipment arrives.
I am planning to buy it from countryattire [barbour jacket around 155pound or 210 euro].
Does anyone know if there will be any import taxes I need to pay?

if it comes from the mainland UK then zero. the shop will either charge UK VAT or Finnish VAT depending on how much trade that shop does with customers in Finland.
Beware of supposed "UK" companies which deliver from outside the UK though. If it comes from outside the EU or places like the channel islands then there is VAT and import duty payable when it arrives in Finland. The channel islands loophole is mostly ended now since the UK government changed the rules and don't allow VAT free sales from channel islands -> UK. You might say how does this affect channel islands -> Finland but most retailers closed in the channel islands since most of their trade came from channel islands -> mainland UK sales.
