When do you get results of English programs in Finnish polytechnics this year? My friend would like to know. I remember last year i got my own acceptance letter around this time. ( International Business )

So, did anyone get any results of their Admission? My friend, she's freaking out she did not receive any result yet, lol.

... I think no one has, since many people are asking.

Not yet, but the results are going to be published on 12 June according to JAMK. Probably lots of people wrote annoying mails to admission services...

There was one guy who said he's in 6th place on the waiting list of Laurea UAS, but seems like he is a troll. I've asked Laurea's admission office about it and here is the answer,

"Thank you for your email. Admission results have not been published yet. Like earlier on advised results will be published on the 3rd of July at the latest. If however, there is an earlier date, then you will be notified via email. Thank you for your patience.

Hopefully this information was useful for you. If you have any questions about applying please do not hesitate to ask."

I looked at JAMK's site and indeed on their page was written that they will release the results by 12 of June. However, later they edited it to 15th of June. Well, today is 15th of June and my other sources say nobody has gotten anything. Will see if they will postpone it again. I wonder why this year the results are taking so long. Last year i've received mine already two weeks back from now. That's very odd, also keep in mind that you either have to accept the study place or reject it. It's bad for people who decide to come to Finland but they dont know if they will get the study place or not.

You can't turn up in Finland and wait for the answer. Well, you could on a "visa", if you got one. But in the end you'd have to go home and apply for a student permit to be able to study in Finland. Which can go either way.

Yes i know. Thats why i said its pretty bad this new system. They release the admitted students too late. After visa and everything you also need a place to live in, accomodation. Anyways, congratulations to everyone who got admitted today in JAMK!
I see incredible amounts of Ukrainian people there on a list.

Congratz to the people who got the acceptance. I'm still waiting for Laurea's results. It's really hard to wait for the results, especially when you don't know the certain date. They're just saying that the results will be announced at 3rd of July at the latest.

My friend was also waiting for Laurea's results but she didnt get it. In her "opintopolku" its marked as "CANCELLED". However her #1 TAMK and #2 Metropolia are still status "Selection in process".

I can understand how you're feeling right now. I'm still waiting for my results. It's killing me!!!!

She went to check from "opintopolku" and she got admitted today at TAMK International Business programme.
