Could you mind giving me some advice ?
Thank you so much!
Which unniversities are strong at Entrepreneurship?

Thanks so much for your helpful advice.tummansininen wrote:The choice of university probably won't make much difference. Without knowing the industry you intend to enter, a university can only give broad instruction, and 3 years of broad instruction makes you a jack of all trades but a master of none.
ie without fluent Finnish OR an incredibly rare skill/second degree, how will you use the degree? Take five minutes to search monster.fi and mol.fi and see if you can find a single job opening where they ask for a degree in entrepreneurship.
Now if you want to use it for the pure teaching it offers (that is, you want to actually start your own small business) you would probably be better to skip university and take individual courses on things like financial planning, business planning and bookkeeping skills.
Now if you mean you want to study International Business, that's slightly more useful. But again - you will NEED another qualification plus fluent Finnish, to find any work in Finland with it. And you will not become fluent before your degree is completed. And many other countries don't value Finnish degrees because they do not know that there is a high standard of teaching here.
If I study International Business, is Entrepreneurship one of the specialized areas in IB such as Marketing, Finance or Logistics? Because when I access the JAMK's website, it shows that after students study the first 2 years, they may choose a wide range of different specific aspects and Entrepreneurship is one of them. However, the other unniversities are different, they don't offer the curriculum as JAMK. Therefore, I'm confused whether the Entrepreneurship is a specialized area that I can choose to study or not.
