question about the New eService

dear all

last year i applied for a residence permit to study in Finland but i was
denied the permit for reasons of insufficient source of income. i appealed
but since then up to now i have not received any reply from the
Administrative court. however the Administrative court told me i could make
a new application for 2015 since my study place was forwarded to 2015.My
account with the old e Service has been transferred to the new e Service
and my case was also transferred. I have decided to make a new application
since my appeal case is taking a very long time.my problem is that, i have
not been able to complete the online form on a new application because
certain filed are not responsive. fields like personal information of
applicant and information on travel document.each time i enter the
information required it still indicates that information is missing and i
am 100 percent sure the information i entered is correct.I am confuse and i
don't know what to do. can I create a new account so i can apply through
it? if i create a new account will it have an effect on my application?
please advice me on what I can do.
