how agencies find newly registered businesses?

Hello,

Many advertising agencies in Finland, review your website daily and find out newly registered companies, then contact them and advertise their services. Also 2 days after my business entity was registered, I was been approached by some of them immediately. This means that list of new registrars are available somewhere & somehow. But I dont know how do they use this search engine, that enables them for this. Or maybe that find the list by other way?

They go into the Patents Office in Helsinki and consult them there. The computer booths are usually full of people copying down info

PRH announces new companies. Here's the search for them:

Thanks but still I cant find data. Could you explain how exactly shall I find list of registered companies during last e.g. 1 month? Or is this kind of search even possible?
