Questions about bank accounts to MOROCCAN citizens+INSURANCE

Hi there
Anybody here is a Moroccan student in Finland ?
Morocco is very strict about how much foreign currency you can take with you
When my mum visited the bank today, they said that if I create a bank account here I cannot use it in Finland
They suggested that my dad for instance opens up a bank account specifically to send me money each month
Does the embassy require that I have my own personal bank account?
Or just how did you handle the Financial aspect of your stay in Finland before and during the stay as a Moroccan Citizen ( Did you open a bank account in Morocco before you left? Did you open a bank account in Finland when you arrived? etc ...) ?

I have mutual health coverage here in Morocco and I will be studying in Finland for the next 4 years
Should I go for SIP integral or SIP complement ?
Did you use different insurance plan? What was it ?

1. Bank account in your name in Morocco with your money in it while you're in Morocco.
2. Give your father/mother power of attorney (Wakalah) over your account .
3. Give a bank statement to the embassy to prove that you have the money.
4. Arrive to Finland and open a bank account in your name.
5. Ask your father/mother to send you as much of the money as they can to your Finnish bank account until all the money is transferred.
6. Done.

As for the insurance, the requirements are clear on Migri website. Just take them and ask your insurance company.

I read about the insurance in Migri.fi
They recommend to use Marsh SIP International Health Insurance
just don't know which package I need SIP Integral or SIP Complement and why?
I've visited other websites to try to figure it out but I still dont get it
