new application after rejection: study purpose RP

Post by zamansabbir » Sun Jul 12, 2015 7:46 am

Dear Altruist friend,

I received admission from University of Turku for Masters degree program in Embedded Computing. I have applied for Student Resident permit with self-sponsor on 08 June,2015 but Migration authority rejected me. They found that my salary is not enough for this amount of savings(euro 6720). I also told them, 3 big transactions made on my bank account were the money returned to me by my father, who borrowed the amount some months ago. I want to apply for RP again. I managed a sponsor who is my parental cousin currently living UK and working as doctor in a hospital there. He will transfer money(euro 6720) to my present account and he will also submit his bank statements along with a sponsorship letter. I will also provide the my current job certificates and salary certificates too.I will unload the previously mentioned amount and will keep the transferred money from my cousin to my account. I am worried that will this new application be affected due to my previous application rejection? September is not too far. I do not know if I can get the new decision in time. Please help.

Why don't you show Migri the transactions where you withdrew money from your account to lend to your father? That seems to me an easy way to prove that you have enough cash to support yourself here.
Good luck!

Apply again - visit UAE in person couple of times and make all arrangements with your financial statement that do the magic. You have enough money to consult an immigration lawyer and more, hire one - try applying, if rejected keep trying as long as your financial statement shows no more cash available. sleep good !
I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse. I'm gonna grant him all my old underwears that fit his head helping his nose stays in place
