Collecting residence permit on behalf of somebody else

Anybody collected residence permit on behalf of somebody else before? Is there any specific format of Power of attorney/ authorization letter? Can anybody share a Power of attorney/ authorization letter (omitting name and other personal information) which was used before to collect residence permit card from Pasila police station on behalf of somebody else?

No specific format. Basically you want to someone get a residence permit card, not mail item, so not much to change: http://www.posti.fi/liitteet/valtakirja_en.pdf

Theres a power-of-attorney to pick up someones passport on the poliisi pages (valtakirja.doc link in the middle) so it should suffice. Then again, you need to be able to prove your identity... with a Finnish id...
