Can I crackdown/remove a wall in my apartment

Hi guys,

I read some instructions about doing some renovations of an apartment. Seems to be very complex and costly.

Has anyone have got similar experience? Do I need to invite a renovation company or can I do it just by myself? Usually you'll need an agreement with the managing company, is it easy to get them agreed to DIY the renovation? I really wanna minimize the cost and prefer to DO IT ALL BY MYSELF.

If the wall is structural, you need a construction permit (rakennuslupa) from the municipality:
