Daily Sales Benchmark of Cafes in the Center

Hi,

Does anyone know of the average daily sales in Cafes in the center? Or at least recommend someone who could do it for us.

A cafe project is in the process of simulating sales and expenses.

Go sit for a few days, sit somewhere where you can count people going into a few cafes, go and look inside a few times at the average buy (coffee&cake)
Multiply number of people going in by average spend.

It's not hugely scientific, but you will get a rough ballpark number.

I think there is massive gap and "lack of effort" in cafe's in Finland, so I wish you all the best!

Obviously, no two cafes are alike, e.g. Starbucks and Bulevardin Kahvisalonki have a hugely different amount of customers, regardless of their close proximity to one another. Your best bet might be to just go to cafes as a customer and ask, possibly you'll get some guesstimates from people behind the counter, although unlikely they'll want to divulge any exact information.
