How can I tell google and Facebook?
How can I tell them that please stop showing me the phones which I searched 2 weeks ago because I have already bought one 1 week ago?

I'm afraid this is an all-in-or-all-out kinda of situation; you cannot tell them to forget a specific thing about, you can only try to disable all ads.
For Google, you probably want to disable targeted ads from here just flick the switch to off.
For Facebook, you want to enable the DTN option. Go here to learn how to do that in your browser.
If you generally hate popups, invasive ads, annoying pages, etc. then you probably want to install two things:
- Adblock Plus: Ad destruction plugin. Everything will feel faster and clearer https://adblockplus.org/
- Ghostery: Privacy-oriented plugin. It will disable almost everything that tracks you and keeps taps on you. https://www.ghostery.com/en/our-solutio ... ry-add-on/

Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

Anyhow, not sure what this has to do with Finland, but:
In Chrome
-> Press the hamburger icon in the top right corner
-> Press 'History'
-> Press 'Clear browsing data...'
-> Use the dropdown to select a time frame
-> Tick all boxes
-> Press the 'Clear browsing data' button.
There is also a shortcut for this action, but now you can see what you are doing.
