I am student, can anyone guide me if it is legal to import stuff and sell it in Finland or I should register business and then make sell? If I buy now from Alibaba or ebay, I am not paying tax but how it would go with a kind of business? How taxes can be done?

If your revenue in Finland is over 8500 euros, you will need business registration for value added tax purposes. Legality of importing varies by item.
