I visited many Nordea branches in Helsinki, so far with no exception, all of them are full of incapable idiots (not sorry).

I wasn't able to read all replies but I would recommend Aktia wholeheartedly. It took me 15 minutes to open a bank account as a non EU and all the people I encountered working there had a very welcoming attitude whereas Nordea can show you a prime example of what institutional racism is all about. Aktia has no English language option but you can manage quite fine with google translate even in online banking system, that's what I do.
