Does anyone successfully hired a specialist from outside of EU to Finland?

Hi,

I want to know the opposite. I want to hire a specialist outside of EU. My main question is how much does it cost for a company to hire staff outside of EU?

Nothing more than hiring a EU worker if the employee pays the application and moving costs.
